Investment Terms and Conditions
1. Investment Terms
The minimum investment amount is ₦1000000. Investments are locked for the selected duration period. Early withdrawal is not permitted except under special circumstances and may incur penalties.
2. Returns on Investment
Returns on investment (ROI) are calculated based on the selected duration and are fixed rates:
- 3 Months: 10% ROI
- 6 Months: 18% ROI
- 1 Year: 40% ROI
- 2 Years: 70% ROI
- 3 Years: 95% ROI
Capital Protection Clause
The investor’s initial capital shall be safeguarded through legal registration of the land title in the investor’s name or a jointly held trust until the completion of the investment term.
Purpose: Ensures the investor retains ownership or control of the land as security.
4. Investor Responsibilities
Investors will receive regular statements via email. Taxes on investment gains are the responsibility of the investor. All personal information provided will be kept confidential and used only for investment purposes.
