Charles Oniye O. is the MD/CEO of View Deep Limited, founder Zenith Estate and President of Zenith Billionaire Realtors. 

He is a motivational speaker, a public analyst and a resource person. He started his career at FOREST homes, as business developer. He is a director at FOME clothing, and a Liaison officer for the AZUZA International, an international non-denominational Christian leaders’ network.

He Attended ATBU Bauchi were he got a Diploma in estate management. He later obtained his first degree at Lagos State University under the faculty of sciences. He holds a P.M.P certificate, a business certificate from F.E.L.A as well as a certificate from School of Estates.

As a professional, Charles as worked in various sectors (Government and Private) e.g., in construction of high-rise building, as a real estate person, as a vocational trainer, and as controller for Lagos State Employment Trust Fund, to mention just a few.

Etukudoh Victor is a passionate human development enthusiast who seeks to improve organizational processes using artificial intelligence. He is a trained marketing consultant with impeccable wealth of experience in traditional and digital marketing. A dynamically skilled technologist with empirical knowledge in web, mobile and desktop solutions development, an advocate of technocracy and a lover technologically modified marketing and business processes. A graduate of Computer science from the prestigious Lagos State University, with a globally revered google certification in digital marketing and google products.  His formative marketing years were spent in product creation and adoption strategies, customer management, sales funnel creation, strategy development, new market creation and processing of market intelligences. His early days in software and virtual product development were spent in content creation, data management and process digitalization. He was a multi award winning staff at MTN Nigeria, where he served as a field support agent for over 8 years. Prior to his employment at MTN, He had served in similar capacity at various companies. He’s known by many, to be a person of distinct character and charisma, as well as a dynamic strategist.

Legal officer with over 15years experience in litigation and alternative dispute resolution mechanism, to achieving result and problem solving. Managing the administration and procurement of the legal Dept, contracts checks, registration, compiling contracts paperwork and filing Conduct extensive due diligence reviews on the legal, operational and reputational aspect of the company. Ensuring in all the company transactions are carried out with the best practices and professionalism. Responsible for data gathering and Land information for real estates. Wealth of experiences in Land dispute, also well experienced in preparation of Deed of Assignments and Tenancy Agreement

Rebecca Buhari is the HR consultant of view deep limited where she is using her experience as a resource person to bring about organizational transformation through recruitment of experienced workforce, standard staff welfare, good employer employee relations, compensation and benefits, good reward system and implementation of organizational policies has brought about tremendous change in different industries where has served.  She has worked in different industries ranging from food and beverage industry to oil gas sector and now real estate sector. She has vast experience in managing people, change management, conflict management, performance management, learning and development amongst many others.

She is presently the sitting internal consultant of view deep limited, developers of Zenith Estate. She is a certified HR personnel from chattered institute of personnel management (CIPM). She is an associate member of same institute. She started her journey from department of sociology where she studied social work from university of Lagos and a Master’s degree from the department of industrial relations and personnel management, University of Lagos.

She consults for different companies while helping small companies grow big through her wealth of experience in strategies and implementation. What gives her outmost satisfaction, is to help a company grow and develop into an empire.

Feso Ogunfowodu is the MD/CEO of Da-2ellas Limited and also a Managing Partner in View Deep Limited. A product of Ogun State University, B.sc In Business Administration. Learnt Building Constructions with Certificate of completion at Citihigh Resources Limited School of Business. He possesses non retrievable Certifications in Business Development and Entrepreneurship and Fundamental Marketing.

He Worked with Explicit Communication for a period of 10 years, where He served in different capacities and departments including Client Service, Production and Media planning. He is a celebrated event manager, as well as an experienced sales and strategy consultant

Well equipped with Marketing and Negotiations skills and commendable interpersonal skills. He is an excellent team player.

She's currently with View Deep ltd, brand owner of Zenith Estate in Lagos. Gloria specialized in marketing, helping/ educating people in making the right decision on what and how to invest. She is a powerful force in the workplace and uses her positive attitude and tireless energy to encourage others to work hard and succeed.
